Provided Tier III engineering support, configuration optimization, and insight on current and future capabilities for all manned ISR assets serving USSOCOM.• Prominent role in fielding hardware, software, and configuration changes fleet-wide. Facilitated engineering support from industry partners to aid personnel, assets, and field operations.• Competence: Implemented a zero-cost configuration change to an engineering oversight that robbed signal strength from the BLOS systems on a fleet of ISR platforms for over a decade. After the implementation of the engineering change, the available bandwidth for these platforms has increased by an average of 20%.• Authored and implemented training for Tier I/II technicians on USSOCOM ISR data transport and platform capabilities.

Provided engineering and training support for a next-gen signal intelligence system to be field integrated and real-time mission tested in the theater of operations. Oversaw major aspects of the integration to include avionics installation, network/system configuration, and real-time mission testing. Acted as a conduit between the NSA, Military, and aircraft support personnel to ensure a streamlined flow of information and execution of actions. Responsibilities also to include daily logging and reporting of progress and note-worthy events.• Tasked to complete four tactical ISR platforms (MARSS / EMARSS) in an ambitious time window of eight weeks. Complete all four plus one additional platform in under seven weeks and under the projected labor budget.• Highlighted and remedied several potentially costly engineering design flaws, which were overlooked by the contracted engineering office. Mission Commander over a crew of six members in the operation of manned Aerial Reconnaissance platforms (ARL / MARSS) used to provide a persistent capability to detect, locate, classify/identify, and track surface targets in day/night, near-all-weather conditions with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy in support of the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) in both the Central Command (CENTCOM) and Africa Command (AFRICOM) Areas of Operation.• Intelligence Operations: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot intricate intelligence collection sensors and various Airborne ISR devices in support of intelligence collection, analysis, and distribution operations.• Technical Expertise: Operator and fully certified Mission Commander of Airborne ISR platforms, Aerial Sensor Operator (ASO) and Subject Matter Expert of a vast number of common use and mission specific equipment.• Mission Operations: Apply extensive knowledge of SOCOM customer specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), and special mission requirements associated with intelligence operations.
