Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops and peripherals. Troubleshoot mobile devices like iPhones & iPads. Recover data from failed hard drives, remove viruses, install programs and update operating systems.

Provide classroom technology support. Setup, install and/or service computers, document cameras, SmartBoards and iPads. Supervise high school and college students when they are utilized as support personnel.

Coordinated projects within the Technology team, created & maintained work list summaries for management, provided engineering support, identified & implemented cost saving projects, prepared bid requests, managed part-time technical support personnel, and provided technical support to troubleshoot and correct problems with technology in the classrooms.

Designed and built custom instrumentation packages for process control. Developed custom process control software. Was a distributor for process control parts and software from a company called Opto 22.

Worked primarily in the Research and Pilot Plant facilities. The first half of my career I worked on process improvement projects and developing new products. The last several years I worked on developing and installing process control systems for use within the company. This included the construction and installation of instrumentation systems as well as the development of control software.
