The NSBA Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small-business advocates from across the country while ensuring small business a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small-business proposals.

Responsible for post production quality assurance, warranty, technical support, field service, HS&E, and customer service.

Responsible for driving and growing profitable sales for the Company. Provide hands-on leadership in selecting, developing, coaching and mentoring a high-performing Sales Team(Inside Sales, Outside SaleslTerritory Managers, Technical Services) to exceed annual company goals for profitable revenue growth and provide leading edge customer support. Leadthe Inside and Outside sales members in providing Level 1 customer support, working closely with the Technical Services Supervisor and engineering team. Lead the Sales Team in theexecution of Titan's Total Customer Care channel distribution program. As a member of the strategic planning team, plan for, develop and profitably penetrate the markets in which theTerritory Managers are assigned to sell Titan's products and services. Work collaboratively with other Company business functions (i.e., Business Development, Business Systems, HumanResources, Manufacturing, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Accounting), to achieve business goals, including the successful sales and delivery of Titan products. Build, nurture and maintain relationships with key customers. In conjunction with the Business Development Manager and Product Manager, develop new markets and promote new products by taking responsibility for a new market until it is mature enough to pass along to the Sales Team.

Responsible for global service and customer support forhighly technical aircraft refueling equipment built by Garsite, one of the worlds largest aircraft refueling equipment manufacturer’s. Responsible for all after production related support including warranty repairs, end user training, technicalconsulting. Responsible for start up of 3 additional divisions, one related to aviation fuel quality control and product integrity inspecting 231 Exxon Mobil branded airports, a contracted service division responsible for customer paid maintenance, training, and repairs and a fleet management division responsible for over 300 pieces of equipment owned and operated by Conoco Phillips. Manage and maintain 98 qualified technicians and contractors through out the nation. Manage warranty expense budget and 7 million dollar P&L. Extensive international and domestic travel.

Chief of Homeland Security Operations and Intelligence Coordinated with local, state and federal agencies to ensure collection and dissemination of intel throughout all of 12 state area of responsibility. Member of 3 anti-terrorism task forces, 3 critical infrastructure protection committees, 2 Intel committees. Collateral duties consisted of: Chemical Facility Inspector Weapons of Mass destruction first responder, Weapons Officer (small arms), lead law enforcement officer, qualified law enforcement/defensive tactics instructor, Judgmental pistol course instructor, Intel officer, Public affairs officer, training officer, Classified materials control officer, Anti-Terrorism liaison . While assigned to these duties, lead over 75 suspicious incident case investigations related to terrorism/homeland security, acted as lead on-scene coordinator for multi-state, multi-agency response to suspected explosive device on one of the largest highway bridges in the St. Louis area on Christmas day, coordinated response/recovery efforts for corporate aircraft crash into Mississippi river, responded to and assisted in investigations of countless maritime related accidents involving loss of life or significant causalities, lead first ever illegal alien interdiction on the Mississippi river in history of the U.S. Coast Guard in the mid-west, participated in numerous Presidential protection details and VIP visits, coordinated all media responses to all incidents and events listed above.As Chief of Homeland Security Operations supervised 40+ members, managed multiple government facilities, operations budget. Responsible for coordination of all land/water/air federal law enforcement patrols, dangerous cargo escorts, safety and security zone enforcement, targeted vessel boardings, and enforcement of all applicable Federal Laws.
