Teach Leading at the Executive Level to senior Foreign Service leaders; Leading in the Department of State mid-level leaders• Used lectures and activities to develop emotional intelligence, resilient leadership, feedback, and expanding influence.

Teach military officers and civilians pursuing master’s degrees in Military Operational Art and Science; guide online discussions, post lectures, grade assignments, and provide feedback. Taught Research I and II, guiding students to develop research proposal with a research question and annotated bibliography and completing a 25-page research paper.  Fostered leadership skills through Practice of Command and Foundations of Officership courses.  Selected to teach 3-week online instructor orientation including lessons on using Blackboard applications and methods for teaching classes, resolving conflicts, and grading assignments.  Requested by Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force to deliver presentation discussing effective operation for executives in high stress environments to all new general officers and most of the major commands.

Military and Responder Psychology Instructor teaching courses on ethics, wellness, and mental health.

Developed curriculum for Military Social Work sub-concentration, 400+ students. Taught classes on clinical practice with service members, veterans, and their families. Created and led the National Military Immersion Program.
