In my role as a Car Sales Executive, I thrive in a face-to-face sales position where I excel at understanding and addressing clients' needs through effective questioning and active listening. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers in the showroom, conducting wants and needs assessments, and showcasing in-depth product knowledge to guide clients to their ideal vehicle. I am adept at facilitating product demonstrations and deal negotiations, providing exceptional customer service to drive successful sales outcomes for both business clients and retail customers.

During my time as a SBS credit specialist I gained a fullunderstanding of how our SBS products work and the best practices to properly serviceour cardmembers to our exceptional customer service standard. I had to utilise my sales skills to gain an understanding of the customers business needs so I can collect any overdue and/or early payments and recommend an increase in credit limit on the customers card where I identify an opportunity to do so.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic I was given the opportunity to volunteer myself to temporarily work in credit to help support the team with their high call volumes. I effectively used my sales skillslearnt in training and coaching sessions to collect overdue money and to help identifycardmembers who are experiencing financial difficulties so we can implement a payment plan for them. Throughout my time I got involved with many engagement events such as the hosting both the Halloween quiz and the Christmas quiz. I also started a podcast where I have a news segment where I present important updates and new processes each month.

During my time in Travel and Lifestyle I had to utilise my time management skills to make sure I was servicing as many cardmembers as I could in one day, whilst also making sure I stuck to timeframes and completed all follow up work. Whilst talking to cardmembers I had numerous great surveys due to myprofessional phone manner and active listening skills. I was given 10 weeks of training, where I learnt how to effectively communicate and build strong rapport with high profile customers, tailoring each call to the customers wants and needs.Unfortunately, my time in Travel and Lifestyle was short lived due to COVID19 and its affects on the travel industry.
