Directs and advises Company Manager on all artist contracts.Implements and maintains operation of Tessitura CRM and ticketing system, troubleshoots database when necessary for over 100,000 patrons. Manages Mitel VoIP Voice Processing System for OTC campus for over 40 users.Supervises Facilities Manager, IT consultant, and fleet management to ensure 24-hour facility operations for the 14-acre 4-building campus, as well as oversee larger projects.Serves as the backup specialist on payroll and benefits processing for over 200 employees annually.
