Tracks income and expenses, executes budget revisions and works with appropriate departments to recommend changes to budget projections as needed.Financial reporting for local, state, and federal grants for capital projects using GAAP for compliance.Negotiates and implements all contracts with full-time staff, rights and licensing houses, co-producing partners, rental parties, vendors and banks.In partnership with Artistic Director, Executive Director and Director of Production, manages relationships with four artist unions and represents OTC in labor management negotiations. Directs and advises Company Manager on all artist contracts.Implements and maintains operation of Tessitura CRM and ticketing system, troubleshoots database when necessary for over 100,000 patrons. Manages Mitel VoIP Voice Processing System for OTC campus for over 40 users.Supervises Facilities Manager, IT consultant, and fleet management to ensure 24-hour facility operations for the 14-acre 4-building campus, as well as oversee larger projects.Serves as the backup specialist on payroll and benefits processing for over 200 employees annually.
