 Responsible for day to day operations and unapparelled service delivery of 4000+ Security Officers operating in 46 states across the United States. Our primary objective is to reduce violent incidents and mitigate risks bared by our Client employees.  Lead eight (8) Vice Presidents responsible for seven (7) regions managing 100+ different clients generating over $200M in revenue annually.  Coordinate and align all facets of corporate functions (HR, Logistics, IT, Finance) to best support field operations and service Client needs.  Develop and utilize performance metrics to strategically grow clients and services in identified target markets.

 Led Brosnan’s Emergency Services through multiple, complex, volatile and time sensitive responses. Included mobilization and deployment across the continental US; assisted with event escalation and emergency communications to customers sites, regional, and teammate level Security, Safety & Protection leadership. Lauded by client and leadership alike for performance of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and the coordinating of all lines of operation (HR, Logistics, Finance, Communication) in order to provide client with situational awareness and a timely response.  Responsible for generating $18M in revenue in 2020; the highest ever generated from this business unit. Similarly, expanded client base by 200% through creative engagement and laser focus on prospective clients.  Led preparedness initiatives during non-active periods, including coaching and mentoring sub-contractors, and individuals assigned to the Emergency Operations Center.

 Led a diverse team of 15 uniform and civilian members of the service focused on optimizing and expanding professional development opportunities for over 55,000 members of the NYPD serving in over 250 job titles. Served as the inaugural Executive Director, providing critical leadership in the forming, norming, and ultimate performing of this new entity within the police department.  Responsible for the oversight and program management of over $3M of annual academic scholarships; expanded scholastic opportunities by over 20% during our first year of existence.  In consolation with industry developed Leadership doctrine for the NYPD to include defining the NYPD’s Leader of the Future profile and playing a key role in the revision of the executive evaluation and promotion process.

 Provided exceptional 4-Star Commander advice and support for U.S. and NATO policy development and long-term strategic planning, as well as coalition engagement, conferences, and summits. Developed and subsequently managed commander’s critical programs to reform and professionalize the Afghan National Police in support of NATO and US policy objectives.  Delivered critical guidance regarding U.S. (NSC, DoD, and Congressional) and NATO (Ministers of Defense, Chiefs of Defense) engagement and testimony in addition to context for daily meetings, battlefield visits, and staff briefs.  Selected to accompany the Commander on vital engagements inside and outside of Afghanistan to include the initiation of an historic cease fire and on-going peace talks between the USG and the Taliban.

 Helmed an outstanding deployable 1056 Soldier task force, training and preparing the organization to deploy with no notice to conduct military operations anywhere in the world in support of U.S. interests.  Exceeded all expectations contributing vision and guidance to the organization, using best practices to train and mentor eight (8) direct report officers as well as a primary staff on twelve (12).  Maintained a high level of readiness through tough, realistic training, a thorough maintenance program, and an accountable supply discipline program; while demonstrating unwavering commitment of Army standard. Managed the professional development to include training and education of over 50 junior officers. Developed programs to maintain $250M+ USD in government property; streamlined efforts to oversee a $2.1M annual budget, leading to organizational restructure resulting in a $25M annual cost reduction. Demonstrated outstanding performance in standing up TF 1-28 as a Field Grade leader; manned, equipped, and trained TF 1-28 in only three months, led completion of rigorous training regime in 3 following months; and enabled a deployable, high-performance force. Designated as among the top 10% of all Battalions Commanders, demonstrating professionalism and tireless work ethic in training and developing eight subordinate units in a short timeframe.

 Aligned with a diverse leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute sensitive operations globally while integrating multiple organizations from the interagency and intelligence community.  Developed and managed special access programs to solve complex, time-critical problems in support of essential national and international interests.  Originated unique products and delivered presentations to the highest levels of government, including the President of the United States; supervised five (5) liaison officers and maintained a flawless global operational network.

 Trained and prepared for combat every echelon of the Army; from a 40-Soldier Infantry Platoon as a Platoon Leader, to later as a Brigade Operations Officer a 5000 Soldier Brigade Combat Team. Gifted public speaker, recognized by the Norwegian Ministry of Defence for speaking and presentation on Gender Issues in Conflict Areas, resulted in numerous additional public speaking engagements within Europe and NATO. Achieved multiple prestigious awards across combat deployments to Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and Afghanistan; stellar performance leading in combat coupled with well-known acumen for training resulted in selection for numerous leadership and operations positions.
