As CEO of Cboe, I oversee the execution of the company’s mission to build a trusted, inclusive global marketplace that enables people to pursue a sustainable financial future. Serving on the Cboe Board of Directors since 2019, I was honored to assume the role of CEO in 2023.Cboe, known as the "exchange for the world stage," has solidified its reputation as a company driven by forward-thinking and ambitious individuals. During my four-plus years on Cboe’s Board, I became intimately acquainted with the company, providing valuable guidance as it expanded into new asset classes and geographies. I remain committed as ever to growing Cboe into the world’s leading derivatives and securities network. With decades of experience in banking, insurance and brokerage services, I am a lifelong financial services enthusiast. I find purpose in helping people achieve their financial goals and believe in the impact our industry has on individuals and society as a whole. Each day, I am an avid learner, drawing knowledge from the ever-evolving markets, news, influential voices and the diverse perspectives of my colleagues. The financial services industry is dynamic and challenging, and I couldn't imagine a more rewarding career.Cboe marks my third term as a CEO, with my journey beginning at the age of 41 when I took the helm of London Life. Then, in the fall of 2008, I was appointed CEO of TD Ameritrade during the worst financial crisis the U.S. had seen since the Great Depression.
