Curative was originally founded to improve sepsis outcomes with a risk-sharing model for hospitals but quickly pivoted to address the COVID-19 pandemic, scaling from 7 to 7,000 people in just 12 months and delivering 35 million COVID-19 tests and 2.5 million vaccines across over 40 states. As the pandemic response has evolved, Curative has refocused it's infrastructure on fixing the problem at the core of US healthcare: building an employer-based health insurance company that employees love to use and optimizes for long term outcomes and opportunities for preventative healthcare.
