After resettling in the United States in December 2015, I achieved Microsoft Office Specialization (MOS) certification and took additional courses in customer service and accounting at Lackawanna College. I earned a four-year presidential award scholarship at the University of Scranton, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.From 2016 to the present, I have worked as a freelance interpreter for various companies, leveraging my fluency in seven languages. I have a deep commitment to community building and advocacy, serving as the president of the Congolese Community of Scranton since 2016. I also produce content and information for refugee communities in the U.S. and abroad.Currently, I am President of Profficially, LLC providing language access services in Swahili, Lingala, Kinyarwanda and French.
