Fred is currently working as a Real Estate sales consultant for Harcourts Sergeant in the North East of Adelaide. Having lived in Banksia Park since 1993 Fred is deeply acquainted with and loves the natural attributes and high level of public facilities of the area. His core work area is Vista and Tea Tree Gully from which base he is able to serve the real estate needs of people in all directions, especially across the North East. His special interest is in helping families - young families getting started, growing families needing appropriate upsizing and older families ready to downsize.With four adult children and 10 grandchildren, Fred is very conscious of the needs of families at all stages and loves to work with them and help them during what is often a trying stage of life.Working with a highly professional team at Harcourts Sergeant, Fred is well placed to provide personal service to his clients while also being able to call on the support of a dynamic highly qualified team.
