As the Director of Exec Security Systems., Safety and Support Services I successfully assisted in the implementation and oversaw the seamless transition from a proprietary security force to a hybrid contract security Guard / proprietary supervisory security department. This resulted in significant financial savings and increased efficiency to the end user (Client). As well as assisted in the introduction of state of the art access control, CCTV, and computerized Burglary Alarm systems.In Addition I present over eighteen years of experience directing and implementing state of the art, world class law enforcement and security programs facilitating a proactive, team oriented and technologically advanced approach to risk reduction. In addition to my extensive experience as a trainer, Privet Investigator / security administrative background, emergency readiness and achievements as well as the ability to create cost effective solutions with a proven talent for bringing about excellent results. I believe that I possess the necessary abilities and qualifications to successfully execute the duties and requisites of this position. My experience in private law enforcement / security administration affords me the benefit of understanding the nuances of the public/privet service areas and necessity of successful customer / client interactions in culturally diverse communities.
