- Contract Development Manager to Apple assisting New Stores, special projects, and store preservation as development manager involving 21 flagship stores including 2 of the Top 3 revenue generating stores worldwide for Apple- Trouble-shot and solved issues with new and existing store design, construction, and HVAC / Electrical systems- Handled contractor and vendor recruitment including performing due diligence, developing work scopes for leases, landlord negotiation, and lease and contract administration enforcement- Traveled China continuously to handle new projects and review potential new retail locations throughout mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau

Homestead Studio Suites- Completed 12 West Coast Hotel projects- Recruited and managed a staff of 5 project managers, 2 project engineers, and 3 administrative assistants for architectural design and construction of extended stay concept corporate hospitality - Reduced average construction schedules by 2 months
