About Fred Wehr

Broad international background in petroleum geology with extensive experience in both exploration and development as well as portfolio management. Sustained, successful track record managing exploration programs in Egypt and Australia, including strategic responsibility for Quadrant's (80% WI) recent Dorado oil discovery (2018).
