Led approximately 40 War-fighting function (WfF) chiefs and observer-trainers (OT) in their daily duties, both in garrison and deployed to exercises world-wide. Led the WfF chiefs, OTs and augmentee OTs in preparing for, coordinating and executing Army Service Component Command (ASCC) through Division level exercises, including Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX) to prepare units for deployement to OIF and OEF and Warfighter Exercises (WFX). Planned, developed, executed and supported MCTP's exercises by replicating Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational operations in a contemporary operational environment, at worldwide locations, for Divisions, Corps, ASCC, and Joint Task Forces (JTF). Integrated augmentee OTs into the team as efficiently as possible to maintain our high professional standards. Served as Chief of Staff to the Chief of Operations Group A.
Movement And Maneuver Observer/Trainer
Served as the Movement and Maneuver War-fighting Function (WfF) Chief for Operations Group A, Mission Command Training Program. Supported the Chief Observer Coach Trainer (OC/T) and Chief, Operations Group (COG) in conducting realistic and stressful training of Division, Corps and Joint Task Force (JTF) commanders and staffs. Assisted in the design, planning and execution of relevant Mission Command Seminars and realistic Warfighter and Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRXs). Presented seminar workshops that expanded the leadership's doctrinal knowledge through professional discussion and learning. Collected and analyzed exercise data and performs formal and informal AARs during exercises, and provides input to the Final Exercise Report (FER). Supervised six maneuver observer/trainers in garrison and up to eleven maneuver observer/trainers during exercises. Provided input to the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL).
Garrison Executive Officer
Synchronized the Garrison Staff consisting of seventeen directorates and support agencies in order to deliver the right services to the Soldiers, Families and other members of the Fort Campbell military community. Primary link between the Garrison staff and the staff of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) as well as other tenant organizations. Chair of the Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board and the Juvenile Review Board. Coordinated all garrison activities in support of the Senior Commander's Strategic Outreach Program.
Brigade Combat Team Executive Officer
Serve as executive Officer for a 3,500 Soldier Air Assault Brigade Combat Team that is prepared to deploy worldwide, fight and win upon arrival on any battlefield. Responsible for synchronizing and leading the BCT coordinating and special staff in order to provide the commander with the full capabilities of the Brigade Combat Team; supervising and directing the BCT staff to provide the BCT commander with the right information, at the right time, to make the right decision.
Battalion Executive Officer
: Serve as the second-in-command of a 757-man Air Assault infantry battalion. Maintain executive oversight of all aspects of the battalion’s operations in garrison, tactical and combat operations including managing an annual budget in excess of $300,000. Directly responsible for the training, development, integration and operation of the battalion coordinating and special staff. Supervises the planning process during tactical operations, and manages the battalion Tactical Operations Center (TOC) during combat. Assumes command in the absence of the commander.

Positions of increasing responsibility at the rank of Captain. Commanded one mechanized rifle company and one Ranger Training Company for a combined total of 31 months. Served as a Plans officer in 3rd Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division and again in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Selected to serve as an Observer/Controller at the Joint Readiness Training Center, the world's premiere light infantry training center. Assigned as an Operations and Intelligence Advisor, Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard.
