• Negotiate, draft, review and advise on vendor agreements across the enterprise, including SaaS agreements, technology licensing/acquisitions, reseller agreements, technology staffing agreements, multinational agreements, retail products, and various other agreements• Advise on various legal, compliance, litigation, and risk matters as primary attorney responsible for multiple areas of the bank including privacy (including CCPA), engineering, bank operations, retail collections and recovery, mortgage servicing, TCPA compliance, and procurement• Responsibilities include advising on legal and compliance risk with line of business personnel and project teams, reviewing and negotiating contracts for responsible areas, assist with diligence for new vendors and ongoing oversight of existing vendors, monitor industry sources and case-law for potential risk areas, advise line of business and project teams with respect to such risk and assist implementing revised policies and procedures

• Managed commercial loan workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters for national banking associations, community banks, private lenders, and equipment financing companies • Focused on loan workouts and restructuring, foreclosure and redemption law, Article 9 secured transactions, and bankruptcy litigation
