I have experience in sales, technical, service, channel and product management leadership in both Application and Networking technologies that gives me the unique experience to understand and appreciate the challenges of the Digital Economy Career Highlights:- Grew the F5 China technical team from 3 engineers in 2002 to 25 engineers, 20 trainers and 300+ Partner Engineers to support $80M of business in 2016, break through 100M in 2020.- Created and redefined the Application Delivery Market in China by driving mindshare and thought leadership among customers and partners.- Built and drove the China transformational plan after F5’s business dropped due to the ‘Snowden’ effect. China returned to growth in 2014 after 2 years of declines. F5 reached record highs in 2016.- Rearchitected Tingyun’s sales go-to-market, from product to solution selling, resulting in light house account wins by demonstrating customer value and ROI. This strategy was replicated throughout the company resulting in doubling the annual revenue in 2016.
