With a passion for building new relationships and helping find innovative solutions to streamline the healthcare process for patients, Fred Young is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur and Army veteran with more than three decades of experience working in all aspects of the medical industry.While in the Army for 20 years, Fred served as a Senior Communication Officer and was responsible for more than 100,000 individuals, medical departments and agencies. While on tour, his primary duties involved helping establish new hospitals and medical facilities not only domestically throughout The United States, but also internationally including in the Middle East and Africa. After returning to life as a civilian, Fred embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey with the launch of his business, On Que Marketing Solutions. Single-handedly building the startup from the ground up into a multimillion-dollar business, Fred was always looking for new opportunities to expand his company’s foothold and create new solutions for his clientele. In 2017, On Que Marketing Solutions joined forces with ID-Tech Molecular, a full-service, molecular infectious disease focused CLIA Licensed clinical laboratory. After continually going up against one another to win the same clientele, the dynamic duo decided to join forces and serve the community and industry with their vast knowledge experience, research and application in setting up PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) Base Testing (at least 3 years pre-COVID) that today, is a model of other labs who are just now entering the marketplace. Currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer of ID Tech Molecular Laboratories and Lab Genius, Fred and his team are focused on bringing news tests to market that patients and doctors found useful in delivering results for pro-active and advanced treatments, as well as a patient-centered care delivery model. One of the biggest highlights of the company to-date has been its emergence into infectious disease before the onset of COVID-19. Although not the first to deliver this kind of technology, the company’s ability to remain nimble and knowledgeable allowed them to deliver the highest level of service to its recipients during a dire time of need. Throughout his career, Fred has been widely credited with building strong relationships with more than 5,000 contacts in the medical field including key players in home health care, doctors, pharmaceutical, nursing homes, pain management, foot doctors and more. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
