• 2015.01-2016.03 Service engineer 2016.04-2018.03 Operation@Engineer Supervisor• Overseas marketing&Costumer maintenance: Take full responsible for the oversea customer project operation which including the installation and training. Under the cooperation with the market/sales dept, combine the marketing with the costumer maintenance together. Invite the potential costumer visit the typical costumer at local, convince the costumer with rich product knowledge and business communicating skills. Succeed in reducing the cost of overseas marketing and the company‘s turnover increaseed at least 10% every year in the past 3years. (2015-2016 is above 40%)• Management of the company lab&Take the responsibility of internal training: Have Complete knowledge reserve of lighting test/EMC test/ IP proof test. Know well about the international standard and Chinese standard like LM-79/EN-55015 and so on. Very familiar with the lighting measure device like Goniophotometer/ Integrating sphere. Can write and edit the user's manual and SOP in English and Chinese.• Management of After-sales/logistics/purchase dept, operate ERP System: Set up the After-sales/logistics/purchase dept SOP .Solve the low efficiency problem caused by the mobility of staff reduce the cost on the training of the new staff. And achieve the fine management by SOP. Integrate the After-sales/logistics/supply chain into the operation dept to take responsibility of all the work after the order is made. In the past 3year, make the costumer satisfaction rate over 90% and more than 70% of the costumer made purchase again.• Arrange the subordinates' work and KPI assessment: Integrate/arrange the dept's work, report to the GM. Increase the working efficiency.Hold the dept meeting every week and communicate the key problem with the sales/ market dept. Motivate the staff's working enthusiasm via the KPI assessment. The operation cost (After-sales&logistics ) is controlled below 2% between 2015 and 2017.
