In my 15 years of experience in Facilities Management, I have grown my career from being a hands on technician, leading a team of highly skilled professionals, managing projects, building and leading a teams, to managing multiple buildings and sites in both Higher Education and Class A Corporate Buildings. In managing and leading teams: My experience in leading various teams and people has provided me with unique experiences and developed my style to be one that puts People first. Leading them to success by helping build a culture of excellence through quality, professionalism and service. Building them up and investing in the belief that the person is the greatest asset the company has. We should cherish that, nurture it , and help it reach its maximum potential. In Project Management: I have managed construction projects up to $650,000 with various trades, general contractors, and single trades. Balancing as many as 7 projects simultaneously in both occupied and empty structures. Including Historic, Multi person housing, Sports Arenas, as well as traditional office building and spaces. I am consistently ranked as one of the top performers in my department. Proven by the repeated honors throughout my career. Receiving the Making a Difference Award for outstanding Customer Service several times, and in 2018 I led my entire team to that honor. Future thinking helps us prepare for what's next. So what's Next for me? Having earned my CFM from the International Facility Management Association, I am energized by the community of Facility Managers and find myself thinking a lot about the Workplace. What is it? Where is it? What more can it be?I thrive in environments where I can build, lead, and empower others to achieve greatness.
