The Director of Employment Services is responsible for the operation, staffing and supervision of the employment services to clients of CCC enrolled in employment services & the Community Volunteer Corps (CVC).Advance the vision of self-sufficiency through employment programming throughout Central City Concern and the broader homeless service provider community.Cultivate collaborative partnerships both within CCC and with outside agencies and systems providing employment, housing and social services to those living in poverty and homelessness.Responsible for the bottom line success of the Community Volunteer Corps (CVC). Directly managing the CVC Supervisor and seeking additional sustainable funding.Responsible for existing contracts and securing additional funds for program sustainability and expansion. Collaborate with community resource agencies to remove barriers, provide intervention and make referrals for issues including but not limited to mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, and emergency services. Identify grants and lead grant writing to secure additional funds for program sustainability and expansion. Develop and monitor the budgets for all employment programs.Oversee all contract reporting, compliance and performance improvement activities of the employment programs. Work cooperatively with EAC supervisors to develop and maintain quality management plan and outcome data collection. Participate in compliance, quality assurance and quality improvement activities as directed.
