• Handling full set account of a) Property Management Account/ Farm Management Accountb) Retail Management Account / Gym Management Account• Perform general book keeping (account receivable and account payable).• Resolve cash-bank in discrepancies.• Resolve invoices and payment discrepancies.• Complete payments timely by receiving, processing, verifying and keying in supplier's invoices.• Prepare cheques, online payment, payment voucher and journal voucher.• Handle Payroll & HR matters.• KWSP, Socso, EIS & PCB submission,GST on import tax submission.• Perform bank reconciliation.• Prepare audit schedule and fixed assets schedule.• Perform year end stock take.• Perform monthly closing.• Liaise wth company secretary, banker, auditor and tax agent.
