Reported to the Hospital Administrator, Responsible for keeping minutes from the minutes to include the Regional Board of Trustees meetings for the three satellite hospials, Secretary for the Development Council of Mercy Hospital/Ozark as well as the Advisory Board for Mercy Hospital/Paris, From 2004 to March 2012 responsible for the ER Coverage scheduling for Ozark, Paris and Waldron and reconcilation of the payroll of the E.R. Physicians. Also responsible for Credentialing for the three satellites for a number of years which was assigned to an Administrative Assistant at Mercy Ozark in 2006. Represented the Ozark hospital in the Rotary Club where I served as Secretary for one year. Presently I am a member of the Kiwanis Club in Paris and represent the Mercy Paris Hospital. Worked fund raising events for Ozark and Paris Hospitals and provided itemized reports of the financial side to Mercy Foundation in Fort Smith, Arkansas. For years I served as the Secretary for Arkansas Hospital Association meetings in Northwest Arkansas until this was discontinued. Attended meetings as required by Franklin County for the Sales Tax Initiative where a sales tax is in place. Worked the Health Fairs at Ozark and collected "door prizes" from the local merchants to offer the day of the fair.

I was responsible for: human resources; payroll for sales, service department, and office personnel, accounts payable and advertising for the agency. I prepared the Financial Statements and those were forwarded to General Motors as this was a Chevrolet-Buick and GMS dealership.
