About Magicvilla:Magicvilla is founded in March 2009. In that year, the economy was at a crisis; this affected everyone negatively worldwide. Magicvilla is created in hopes that it could have brought positive ideas in such a gloomy period. I wanted to express to people that, love and happiness would never leave us even in the toughest of times. My strong mission to spread this message got me to be inspired by the many small and simple things in life (which are usually taken for granted) to allow me to be happy everyday. Thus, I was able to create a series of handmade ceramic music boxes with cat and dog figurines with engraved messages that are made by me - each one made with love. The engraved messages written on the items are written to be able to delight, tickle, and warm the hearts of both young and old alike. Magicvilla first launch was in fall 2009. In spring 2010, I was grateful that Magicvilla had been selected to show at the One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) Show in Toronto for the first time. To my surprise, I had received the award of the People’s Choice award of the Lipton Green Competition of that season. I had received the award of the People’s Choice award once again, last Christmas, at the One-of-a-Kind Show. This had allowed me to continue to strive for my love doing most- making art and spreading love!
