About Freda Robinson
I relocated from New Jersey to Winston-Salem in the Fall of 2021 and have a passion for volunteering, community involvement, and education. With 15 years of classroom experience as a Teacher’s Assistant and Substitute Teacher, I have worked hands-on with elementary school students of all academic levels and needs. My volunteer experience includes being a Cub Scout Leader, Home and School Association President, and Parent Liason for my former local school district Leadership Council. I was also awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award from my former local Association of Black Leaders and Entrepreneurs for my volunteer efforts in the community. I am excited to be part of Heart’s impact on the Winston-Salem children through our tutoring efforts. I believe that Heart gives children much-needed confidence and a solid foundation to build upon during their educational journey.
