  With a college education in the life sciences, and an early career in the Lab and Sales, the move to chemical recruiting was a natural fit. He founded the Anthony Group drawing on his years of placement experience in the Chemical industry. His original mission was to offer a specialized search service to the Chemical Coatings Industry. Over the years that direction has shifted upstream to the raw material segment of the chemical industry. What started as a one dimensional focus evolved into a worldwide multi-tiered network of suppliers and end users. Fred works and lives with his wife and daughter in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
