Business & It Transformation Manager
In charge of defining and executing transformation strategy and initiatives across all functions of the company for the motors, health, life & savings and corporate sales business unit, enforcing process optimization (Lean) and methodology changes (Agile).Build 5 years strategic plan for 3 Lines of Business- Personal and commercial business- Corporate B2B2C business (Bank insurance, retail)- Emerging customer & financial inclusion businessDefine transformation strategy initiatives and execution roadmap (2.5MUSD portfolio/year)- Generate business cases, validate projects economics and level of funding with ExCom members- Identify, monitor, mitigate risks and impactsTransform business operating models (motors, health and L&S)- Define new business offers and distribution/servicing models (affinity, financial inclusion)- Digitalize customer journey and user experience for customers, distributors and business partners, across the value chain- Reengineer backoffice operating process (+200 users)Drive process optimization initiatives- Lead assessment, process simplification and automation across LoBs functions- Optimize organization - Enforce continuous improvement culture and tools (Kaizen)Lead project execution, enforcing Agile culture across business units (+60 pers).- Setup Agile culture, organization and tools on transformation projects- Coordinate teams and stakeholders from business/IT, internal/external staff (Cap Gemini, TCS)- Ensure projects alignment with regulations and group policy (architecture, security, data, privacy, ...)- Lead change management activities with business users, customers, distributors and partners- Setup and manage BAU capacity, seeking process improvements and cost optimizationTrack initiatives KPIs and report to executive level- Identify and track risks and value for the business- Track project execution indicators and mitigate deviations- Improve project execution efficiency (retrospective, lessons leaned)
