At one time there wasn’t an Oktoberfest in the downtown Milwaukee area. Fredric Brewer was the first person to meet with city officials, local merchants and all the breweries in Milwaukee to put the event in motion. He then created a visual for the event, detailing the layout, festival highlights and all the marketing material needed to run and promote the event. Oktoberfest is getting larger every year and is poised to be one of the larger events in the city.
