As a member of the Senior Staff for Advancement, I oversaw all aspects of the recently completed "Now to Next" campaign which finished at $220M, exceeding the original goal by $20M. Working closely with the VP and AVP and College Communications, established a proactive communications around campaign priorities and maintain the Campaign website. Oversaw and managed the Campaign Steering Committee (CSC), Regional Campaign Councils (RCC) and College Campaign Advisory Council (CCAC). Worked with the VP and Donor Relations in managing the pipeline of principal gifts prospects wih a focus on donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation, reporting and stewardship strategies. Working with the campus community to rollout the new strategic plan, "L&AD: Leveraging Excellence, Accelerating Discovery" and developing fundraising initiatives based on the plan. In conjunction with College Communications, develop case for support for endowed financial aid, the annual fund and initiatives from the new strategic plan.

The York Academy Regional Charter School is a nonprofit, tuition-free public charter school that educates over 950 diverse students (K-12) via the rigorous, world-class International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.

The Association of Pennsylvania Educational Foundations (APEF) is a member-driven organization supporting pre K - 12 educational foundations throughout the state. Our aspiration, in affiliation with the National School Foundations Association (NSFA), is to provide broad-based support for our members, connecting them with each other, grant agencies, government, vendors and potential partners. With member support, the services we provide include:- regional, state-wide, and national networking- professional development opportunities- program development expertise - an educational foundation information clearinghouse, and- ongoing communication and information sharing

Founded in 1985 to honor the legacy of Dwight D. Eisenhower, the Eisenhower Institute at Gettysburg College prepares the successor generations to perfect the promise of the nation through engagement in distinctive programs of leadership and public policy. Working closely with the Executive Director, I develop strategies to secure funding for the identified priorities of the Eisenhower Institute. The Eisenhower Institute is a distinct program and holds prominent position in the current Comprehensive Campaign and future of the Gettysburg College. My responsibilities includes identifying donors and securing major gifts (<$100,000) to support the Institute.

Pennsylvania Education Foundations (PEF) is a non-profit which directly supports the 230 local education foundations in PA and their school districts’ leadership to become more financially aligned and effective in supporting student-focused educational priorities.PEF has built working partnerships with state education organizations including thePennsylvania Department of Education, school business officials, athletic directors, school public relations directors, teachers’ associations and superintendents’ organizations. We have helped to recruit and place qualified foundation executive directors who make the difference between success and failure.

Responsible for the planning and execution of the fundraising efforts for the annual giving programs at Goucher College. These programs include the Alumni/ae Fund, Blue & Gold Society, Faculty/Staff campaign, and Parents Fund. The college had recently announced the silent phase of the then $80M campaign of which the Annual Giving programs were responsible for $14M of this goal. Speicifically, I was charged with completely revamping these programs for the campaign. During this time, I also secured gifts to endow a scholarship; create a research fund for Biology; and renovate the swimming locker rooms.
