I have held critical leadership roles in both private and public sector and as Board Director. Previously serving as Sr. Director, Industry Strategy & Solutions - US Federal at DocuSign, Director of Clinical Health and Quality, and Vice President of Health in professional services firms, I have built on public sector experiences. For more than 23 years, I served within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) leading and generating results in national programs. As Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) US Public Health Service, I served as senior advisor for integration and quality, staff lead and improvement leader at the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS). As a senior contracting officer representative for the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative, I worked with clinical practices to advance the development, adoption and sharing of comprehensive quality improvement strategies and to prepare their practices for the transition from fee-for-service to value based care. In the Partnership for Patients working with more than 2000 hospitals, we generated unprecedented results in the reduction of Hospital Acquired Conditions and reduced unnecessary hospital readmissions. I served as a public health advisor for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) leading quality improvement collaboratives that generated results with Community Health Centers, Primary Care Associations, and Organ Donation and Transplantation Organizations. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, as well as Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration degrees from The George Washington University.
