Led the team that comprises critical touch points for our credit unions -- marketing, professional services and consulting -- for a consistent approach to the market place that is focused on credit union growth. Additionally, we launched a nationally award winning social media platform called Make Your Money Matter, which reached over 30 million people to raise awareness of credit unions and create opportunities for membership growth through digital inbound media. My experience in enabling a culture based on creative collaboration has been pivotal in coalescing this high performing team and finding new ways for our company and our credit unions to prosper.

Promotion to Account Leader of the Strategic Sales Team. Providing leadership to the salesforce in the payments processor and credit union and community banking alliance segment--a critical group of strategic partners to MasterCard. Development of customized and compelling value propositions to these external partners was a major growth initiative for our company.

This promotion gave me the opportunity to lead the account teams and sales force for the Alliance and Processors segment--developing the payments value proposition, the trade show and event participation, the website and all critical marketing communications for these vital industry partners.

In this role, I advanced MasterCard's footprint at large bank issuers that traditionally only issued the Visa competitive brand. Success here was defined as selling in MasterCard to banks and credit unions totally unfamiliar with our payments solutions and often when their executives served on the competitor's Board of Directors. Quite a challenge, but one that called for a well defined value proposition and the ability to establish a credible relationship quickly.

I created Mentor Management Group to help companies chart a new course. By combining processes for creative strategy development and building a team of professional experts in several industry verticals--we were able to work with senior executives to develop and implement radical change. My company worked with everything from high tech start ups to established Fortune 500 companies -- the common thread being organizations facing siesmic change in their marketplace.

Developed the brand positioning, public relations, and $10 million advertising campaign for this dot com start-up--eventually positioning the company for acquisition by a publicly traded company.

Developed the Global Brand Marketing plan in conjunction with the constituents of the Olympic Movement--including the TOP Olympic sponsors (Coca-Cola, Visa, McDonalds, etc.), the national federations of sport and the cities that organize and host the Olympic Games. Subsequent to this effort, I worked with the USOC on the branding of the Paralympics, to raise awareness and support for the elite athletes with physical disabilities.

Grew up through the ranks of sales and account management to become President of the Atlanta division of Cadmus. Collaborated in the evolution of the company from a traditional print services firm into a full service marketing solutions provider for Fortune 1000 companies including Delta Air Lines, Coca Cola, UPS and Holiday Inn.
