Contracted to help implement new Audio-Visual Technology and to provide Project Management for a large refresh project of 500 immersive Telepresence Conference Rooms. This initiative allowed me to be involved with an entire company video bandwidth upgrade to support the new systems that would need to be deployed throughout the United States.• Oversaw the design and installation of three conference rooms for the CEO of Bank of America valued at $2.5M and completed the project in 18 days.• Provided training and assistance to team members on Audio Visual technology and created a pricing format to provide to vendors for future projects and a bid-leveling document for team members to review pricing from multiple vendors for large projects.• The department manager tasked me to create a testing and commissioning document to ensure that new systems had been built and installed as per the Bank of America standards. Contract was terminated due to Bank of America policies on how long a consultant could work for the firm.
