Multiple approaches to problem-solving. Familiar with a variety of programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms. Write user requests into technical specifications, and be liaisons between vendors and IT professionals. Developed cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation time-lines.IT Manager - Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure. Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and the Learning Studio. Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary and works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
