I work on both employers liability and group income protection schemes. As a case manager I provide early intervention assessments and referral to support employees with both physics injuries and mental health symptoms. I work closely with the groups and HR departments ensuring communication between all parties is clear and concise with a focus on helping members remain at work or return to work.As part of the rehabilitation team I will discuss, advise and sign off cases of other team members to ensure each case is given time and consideration to establish suitable rehabilitation pathways.Throughout my time at aviva I have completed a CDMP qualification and mental health first aid course.

I work part time providing pitch side first aid at academy matches. In my role I work as part of the medical team on match days providing assessment and treatment pre and post match when needed. During matches I provide initial management to any injuries sustained in play and report back to the head physio regarding any injuries that may need further assessment and treatment.

Recently started a new role as a Sports Therapist in a multidisciplinary team.

I work as a Sports Therapist at the Body Reset Clinic in Hartley Wintney. Here I assess, treat and rehabilitate patients.

I am the owner and clinical lead of Southampton Sports Therapy and Injury Clinic. The clinic specialises in Sports Therapy, where we offer injury assessment and treatment, sports massage and rehabilitation. We are based in a state of the art personal training gym where we have access to top class equipment to aid in training and rehabilitation. We offer patients the highest standard of sports therapy, where we take great pride in carefully assessing and treating a wide range on injuries, and give them the care and support needed for a thorough and quick recovery. Day to day to not only run the clinic, I act as the Head Sports Therapist where I assess, treat and rehabilitate patients.

I currently work as the head Sports Therapist at the clinic. Here I assess, treat and rehabilitate patients on a daily basis with a range of different pathologies.I also provide specifically tailored rehab programs for patients, and then help them progress and self manage their conditions. I also work as the practice administrator, where I am responsible for contacting patients and helping them book in to the clinic and answering any queries they may have.

I worked as an intern with the under 18's for the 2014 - 2015 season. Working as part of the medical team I assessed , treated and rehabilitated players from the acute stages of injury through to the late functional stage. Day to day i provided pre and post training treatment with a range of soft tissue and neurological techniques and taping and strapping. I provided medical cover at under 18’s training and assist the Head Academy Physiotherapist on match days. Over the season I also provided medical cover at academy training and matches for the under 9’s to 16’s where I deliver immediate management and treatment for injured players.I worked as the lead therapist on an end of season tour to Belgium with the under 13-14's. Here ️I provided medical cover at matches and worked alongside the sports scientist to manage player loading, and to plan and execute recovery sessions. On the tour when needed i assessed, treated and managed any injuries that occurred.

Placement work for my University degree where I worked as part of the medical team in providing soft tissue therapy for the players throughout pre and the in season. The treatment included soft tissue massage, active release and trigger points. Here I practiced and developed my soft tissue techniques where I improved to effectively treat and adapt treatments to suit individual players.

Placement work for my University degree where over the course of two seasons I worked closely with the Physiotherapists as part of the medical team to develop my treatment and assessment skills. I provided pre and post training soft tissue therapy to players, assisted at the academy clinic where I assessed, treated and rehabilitate a wide range of injuries from age groups of under 9's to under 16's. Over the course of my time at the club I worked with players suffering from injuries such as acute muscle strains, ACL and MCL ligament sprains and more chronic pathologies such as lumbar spine instability and Osgood Schlatters lesions. As well as gaining experience in assessment, treatment and rehabilitation I worked pitch side with the academy teams where I gained valuable experience in the immediate management of injuries.
