    During my employment at Lahey Constructions, I have worked across various new build projects. Projects worked on were Central Sydney Intensive English High School ($16m), Greystanes Public School ($20m) & RSPCA Development ($22m). Structures for the above projects were a mix of RC frames, steel frames and precast construction for the RSPCA project.- Coordinating consultants working under a Design & Construct contract.- Client facing roles on all projects.- Updating the contract programme for reporting to client/senior management.- Organising and directing site labour and the delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment.- Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work.- Assist with preparing progress claims and payment schedules.- Experience working GC21 and AS4902 contracts.

    I worked on two projects during my contract role with Downer. The first was Victoria Street Transport Access Program (TAP EASU). The construction works were mostly completed, and my role involved preparing and collating the required handover/commissioning paperwork for Sydney Trains & Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW). The second project I worked on was New Intercity Fleet Station and Signalling Enabling works. This involved minor station upgrades to over 50 stations around Sydney and the surrounding areas. I was involved in the early phase of the project and my role mainly consisted of planning the works and gaining access to the rail network, collating the required data for the design consultants & preparing subcontract packages to be let.

In total the newly constructed flood barriers are 7km long, and the project was divided up into 10 different sites. I was directly responsible for the site management, all setting out works and overall success of one of these sites. Works on this section consisted of sheet piling, ground works, concrete works, Flood Glass Installation & landscaping works.

    The first project I worked on for Kilnbridge, was the Wood Wharf project. It is a large commercial redevelopment of the docklands next to Canary Wharf. The scope of works consisted of constructing a large capping beam to facilitate the propping of a retaining wall to allow excavation works to commence. My role on this project were as follows;- Pre-pour concrete inspections and sign off- Ordering and procuring construction materials- All setting out duties- Inspection and test plan managementThis second project was the Elenaor Street Shaft for Crossrail. The project involved the construction of lift shafts, slabs and drainage, to connect the newly constructed Crossrail running tunnels to ground level. My duties on this project were identical to those above.
