Provide Countering WMD requirements support to government client that manages R&D requirements to ensure alignment of projects with agency strategic priorities and maintains traceability between capabilities and approved requirements.

Supported the Department of Defense Chemical and Biological Defense Program’s Test and Evaluation Executive for the acquisition of joint service chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense equipment. Provided subject matter expertise for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense information systems. Provide oversight and guidance for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense information systems.

Serve as a senior program analyst for the Joint Requirements Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense to support national military and security objectives to counter weapons of mass destruction through capabilities in passive defense, consequence management, force protection, homeland security, and defense support to civil authorities. Specifically, I assist in the development and staffing of the annual funding profiles for the Chemical and Biological Defense Program Objective Memorandum recommendation. I also serve as the action officer to staff the formulation of mitigation strategies to address prioritized issues captured during the annual Capability Gap Assessment process. My efforts support the development and deployment of material and non-material capabilities to mitigate the impact of chemical, biological and radiological threats to the joint warfighter.

I was the project lead for various tasks supporting the efforts of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the Joint Chiefs of Staff to counter the impact of weapons of mass destruction. I specialized in the coordination of related military and defense doctrine, plans, policies and procedures. I provided operational planning and coordination expertise to lead tasks to facilitate the incorporation of a Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System to monitor counter-proliferation and arms control activities with international partners. I led tasks supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff to update, coordinate and implement crisis management procedures for the Joint Nuclear Accident and Incident Response Team, Stockpile Emergency Verification, and for executing time-sensitive operations from the National Military Command Center.

Delivered the core leadership training programs and coordinate the delivery of ongoing training initiatives for managers and supervisors at two geographically separated locations. Coached frontline leaders through one-on-one and group development sessions. I contributed to the support center's culture of retention by developing leader competencies that focused on the development of talent and behaviors in order to promote employee satisfaction.

Served as Lead Instructor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Nuclear Weapons School where I managed the administration of fourteen academic courses providing training to over 1,500 annual attendees for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Developed curriculum and facilitated executive level training for federal, state, and municipal representatives on topics related to Nuclear Surety, Radiological Accident Response and weapons of mass destruction. Served as a technical inspector with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency Surety Inspection Team to verify organizational compliance with nuclear weapons safety, security, and control standards. As a career Munitions Maintenance Officer, I managed the intermediate level maintenance of assigned munitions systems, the weapons storage and security system and associated support equipment. I formulated and implemented plans, policies, and procedures to effectively manage scheduled maintenance including limited life component exchanges, shipment and receipt of classified components. I served as Munitions Accountable Systems Officer responsible for the accountability of munitions and nuclear ordnance commodity management assets supporting the installation's nuclear munitions stockpile. I performed as a member of the Code Management Team with permissive action links and command disablement system equipped weapons systems.
