The day to day running of the account is extremely volatile, so the staff who work their must be able to think on their feet at all times. In addition we must ensure that we are providing an excellent service to the client, meeting all deadlines and adheering to all expectations.

Responsible for sourcing the correct candidates for the right client. Going through the correct screening process to ensure we have quality and legal candidates working. Also fulfilling any requirements made by the clients we had, ensuring 100% fulfilment. The requirement changed from day to day, so we had to make sure what ever request was coming through, however big or small, we had the resources to fill.
