• Lead Technician in a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment since 2013.• Field calls from technicians and customers related to tickets in our worklist.• Train, develop, and assist technicians on 2 different shifts on Legacy DS0, DS1, and DS3 technology. • Coordinated resources, staff, and worked with NOC leadership at all levels in order to promptly restore network elements to internal and external customers with little to no down time.• Provision, test, and maintain DS0 and DS1 circuits including Signaling, Private Line, and Data Services.• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair both customer and network issues. • Coordinated and worked with other Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) to restore or provision service.• When unable to restore service on a circuit work with our engineering team to redesign a new circuit path; work with central office and outside techs to provision the new redesign circuit path.• Responsible for performance monitor on TITAN, FUJITSU, LITESPAN, SONEPLEX, TA3000, and DACS via TL1 Language.• Issue reorders to update the circuit layout records (worddoc) when there is a mismatch.• Manage Network, Data Link, and Physical Layers. • Verify layer 2 & 3 for Packet over Sonet (POS) and IP-MIS circuits in the Juniper & IOS-XR router. • Check MPSM, AUSM, and FRSM routers for ATM and frame relay circuits.• Access 4E, 5E, and DMS switches to check trunks and the D-Channel.• Trace ISDN calls to isolate routing, optioning, and fail issues.• Wink DID circuits and verify digits are received at the site.
