  As the Senior LMS Administrator for ZoomInfo, I am responsible for anything and everything related to our public-facing learning management system (LMS) including administration (user management, content creation, assignment, reporting, notifications, troubleshooting, etc.), website design and implementation, project management, and communications. Our LMS is currently the foundation of two of our public websites; ZoomInfo University and the ZoomInfo Knowledge Center. Combined, they house over 27,000 content items, 200,000 user profiles, and over 10,000 company groups. • Fully designs and implements regular visual overhauls of the ZoomInfo University and Knowledge Center to ensure adherence to the company's current brand guidelines • Utilizes Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to constantly improve the look, feel, and functionality of our learning management system• Provides reporting and custom dashboards to various internal departments and high-profile customers on a regular basis• Assists LDMs, CSMs, and the Support Team with troubleshooting any LMS issues experienced by clients
