As the Mabuhay Branch and Business Development Coordinator, I am primarily responsible for increasing member penetration of the Credit Union's Small Employee Group (SEG) and Association Partners, and for increasing member penetration of current Partners through the implementation of coordinated marketing strategies. Responsible for the administration and coordination of the Loan Sales and Financial Service area of the branch facility to achieve the goals of the organization. Expedite the work flow while ensuring quality service to the members, following credit union policies and procedures. Also responsible for directly supervising the Financial Service Representatives at the branch facility, while actively seeking new methods, procedures and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce cost without sacrificing the credit union’s positive image.
