Freddy Lim is a senior legal practitioner of 27 years. Freddy specializes in property acquisitions (conveyancing) and family/commercial disputes. For dispute matters, Freddy firmly believes that the best way forward in resolving disputes is by Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) - where disputing parties first attempt to seek a resolution by way of mediation. Because of this, Freddy is a certified and accredited Mediator at the Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC) based at the Bar Council, Malaysia and is also an Associate Member of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) based in Kuala Lumpur.Freddy is passionate in giving back. He volunteers at local non-profits and has gone on voluntour trips servicing underprivileged communities. He also believes in giving back to the legal community - he is a panel member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Advocate & Solicitors Disciplinary Board, a committee member of the Legal Profession Committee, Personal Injury Claims Committee and the Small Firms Committee of the Bar Council.Freddy resides in Puchong with his wife and 3 boys.
