Assist HES Manager to improve the shortcoming of Safety Management System, provide input to management due to project construction phase of Sand Management Facility 1- Area 6 Duri Field, Especially in HSE area. Provide recommendation and maintain all references on common practices, standards, procedures of Managing safe work and Motor vehicle safety.Liaise with Client (CPI) into HES Issue regarding of construction phase and participate all Client activities such as meeting, field visit and Validation and Verification check by Client (CPI).Monitoring and improving HES performance of PT. SAM-JEREH Consortium in line with PT SAM Policy and Client.Checking, monitoring and improving all safety activities and give advice on risk assessment process, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and also Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).Conduct and facilitate HES Induction and all required HES Training base on requirement form Client (CPI).

Assist HES Coordinator to develop and update HES program and policy which fulfill CLIENT’s requirement. Assist HES Coordinator to develop and update Safety Management System, including but not limited to planning, monitoring and documentation system, incident investigation, communication, inspection and audit system. Review and socialize any updated CLIENT’s HES policy and program. Monitor the alignment of HES planning system in each team/area. Monitor the alignment of HES documentation system in each team/area.

Implementing IMS (Integrated Management System: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007). Check and monitor all safety activity in Rig site, Office and Workshop. Conduct monthly inspection Safety Device of all Step Oiltools Unit of Rig site and Workshop.Conduct and facilitate HSE Induction, HSE Training to all visitor and employee.Control and Monitoring all data about IMS specially Preparing Data IMS (Integrated Management System: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007) for surveillance from DNV Certification.

Assist QHSE Manager to establish HIRARC, HSE target and provide Advice to management, planning and controlling of SFI project well waste disposal of Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Especially in HSE area. Develop HSE Management system. Coordination of all safety inspection, tours and spots and checks both schedule and random. Coordination of all safety report and preparing IMS (Integrated Management System: ISO 9001:2008, OSHAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004) for surveillance and recertification from BV Certification. Assist in the investigation and cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence. Conduct, Facilitate and delivering Initial, Refresh of HSE training.Perform all inspections and tests which relates to the fulfillment of government regulations in the areas of safety, health and the environment.

Establish, implement and maintain Environment Safety & Health Management System in line with Clariant Corporate ESHA Policy and Guideline.Liaise with costumer (PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia) into ESHA issues and participate to all customer activities related to it.Advise and consolidate risk assessment process: Risk Portfolio, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and also Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Monitoring and Improving the performance safety in Production Heavy Oil Operation Unit in PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia DSST Project and CGS Project.Analyzing the data of inspection, observation and accident investigation to make sure the Management that the program had been followed properly.Give suggestion to the Management about the regulation of work safety, tendency, and statistic of the company regulation obeying.
