Como LAC, diseño la estrategia del COE de agilidad para fortalecer la entrega de servicios del mismo hacia la organización con el fin de potenciar el proceso de transformación. El COE de agilidad de BICE cuenta con un gran equipo de profesionales que dan soporte al proceso de Transformación ágil y para ello el diseño de una estrategia que contemple la mejora de los servicios, el constante crecimiento de las personas que componen el COE y el diseño de cómo abordar la Transformación ágil del Banco es muy importante.

EvoluTeal is focused on developing and implementing phygital transformation strategies for organizations. To do this, we implemented a transformation model that has been used and perfected for 10 years in different industries such as banking, aviation, retail, health, etc.

As the Enterprise Agile Coach of the group, I'm guiding the Digital Transformation implementing a five dimensions Model for Organizational change. After helping companies with their Transformation, I used all that experience to develop this model with some colleagues and also tested it in different Organizations with very positive results. In 2019 I created a Maturity Model for teams according to the reality and actual maturity of the company. I picked good practices the company was already running and I complemented with other practices and principles I found that we need to reinforce. Also created a personalized Agile Framework also adapted to the organization, this model have some practices from SAFe, DAD, LeSS, but it's completely adapted to the reality of the organization. I now have Agile Coaches within all the BUs of the organization running this tools, Maturity Model, and Agile Framework.

As an Enterprise Agile Coach, I’m guiding Copa Airlines into their process of Agile Transformation based on a framework for Transformation that we created at EvoluTeal, in which we work 5 dimensions.This framework was built from all the experience of participating in many transformations for organizations.

As a consultant, I worked directly with McKinsey helping the MacKinseyDigital Lab (MDL) team, on their first agile project in Chile. We worked with a financial organization guiding them into their Digital Transformation and developing their fist digital product. We put a whole new product in Production in 15 days as an MVP, and that product made 2.5 MM in one month and let the company learn not only about the benefits of Agile but also from that product where we found new clients profile, etc.
