Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring / Controlling and Closure of a High School for 150 students, equipped with chemistry and computer laboratories, a kitchen, a sports field, civic areas, gardening and parking, located in the community of Jayaco, Bonao. Contracting entity: Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic.

 Management of monitoring unit plans (UA).  Coding of Equipment and Services for appropriation.  Creation of UAs in MWD, Siseng and Excel for accompaniment.  Collection of field data for monitoring.  Management of appropriation procedures for direct and indirect services of the work.  Generation of Material reports in MWD, for analysis and import to Siseng.  Generation of Heritage reports in MWD, for analysis and import to Siseng.  Graphic analysis of Equity (Depreciation and residual value).  Handling of file of accompaniment of stopped and worked hours (Rented and CNO) for its importation to Siseng.  Equipment Utilization Rate (Efficiency and mechanical availability). Indices Productivity indexes of Equipment and services (Excavations, Formwork, Steels and Concrete).  Productivity program.  General graph of the monitoring of the work through costs (Done - TR-PA - PA).  Management of the Cash Trend Histogram file.  Analysis of Unit Compositions.  Average domain of cost closure.  Siseng cost reports (Direct and Indirect).  Software domain: (My Web Day, Siseng, Excel).
