Delivered a cost-benefit analysis and business proposal that resulted an additional $1 million for headcount in engineering to reduce the backlog for meeting the SLA’s.• Interface with executive level management on a weekly basis to provide and obtain feedback regarding my program’s direction for vendor releases and service level agreements.• Co-inventor of an agile backlog management tool that solved visibility, transparency, prioritization, maintenance, and reporting problems for the organization. Now teams across the company have a dynamic backlog system to continuously determine where they rank against claimed and unclaimed items in the backlog.• Created baseline metrics and reporting on engineering investments for the organization.
