- Analysis and design of operational model for the optimization of Finance processes, for companies in the retail, telecommunication, but mainly in the energy sector.- Diagnose of Economic model and viability plan, through the assessment of P&L margins and production costs in comparison to its main competitor, in order to review financial capability of the client to undertake a project to expand its production.- Design and implementation of an asset management model for electric distribution assets, based in the Spanish regulatory framework, optimizing investment planning and revenue collection, in one the main energy companies in Spain.- Review and re-design of the investment management process for a government entity, establishing a new database and dashboards, to trace properly the performance of the grants provided by the entity.- Dashboard development, including KPIs for the Commercial and Financial area, and implementation using a data visualization tool.Working within: Telecomm, Consumer Product, Energy, Public sector

- Reconciliation of client’s bank statements- IES (Informação Empresarial Simplificada) forms completion for IRS purposes- Organization and approval of financial documents- Support to the Treasury and Accounting teams
