Lead the Commercial Design Team serve as part of the VMG global design leadership team tasked with directing our commercial offerings and managing the overall department.Responsible for the design direction, conceptual development, and execution of all design created for N.A commercial partnerships including VMG, its portfolio of brands, and white label work. Oversee a team of full-time and freelance designers that integrated into the Sales process and support in VICE executions that range from pitch decks, photo briefs, short-form animations to long-form documentaries. This includes but not limited to, Key-Art, Campaigns, Experiential Events, Internal and external Communications, Consumer Products, and all other brand touchpoints. Established departmental processes and created content for coaching and mentoring skills to develop designers within the Commercial Design Team.

Directly responsible for Verizon's brand expression within retail stores and amplifying throughalternate formats and activations. Lead a team of designers for all 2D Retail CreativeCommunications within 140 West, Verizon’s in-house agency. Play a key role in the strategicdeployment of Next-Gen communications, look and feel. Direct and oversee all retail creativenationally for all major retail brand partners (Best Buy, Target, Costco, Walmart, and others).

Provided Creative and Design Direction for existing and new businesses. Designed a wide variety of digital assets for motion and still, some print materials. Grew and developed a design team and design culture at Translation LLC New York. Oversaw freelance creatives and mentored mid-level and junior teams. Clients include Google Play Music, NFL, Weight Watchers, Kaiser Permanente, State Farm, United Masters, among others.

Oversaw assignments, manage designers, and provide design direction for a multitude of projects consisting of identity systems, web design, online marketing, and connected mobile apps for Mohawk Brands: hOme, Xtava, Vremi and Rif6.

Oversaw implementation of all brands, establish brand guidelines and develop brand identity & marketing strategies for 4 Dream Hotel Group brands: Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, Night Hotels and Unscripted Hotels. Conceive, creative direct and produce brand identities, collateral, external signage, websites, and print & digital advertising. Manage a team of 2 designers - provided creative leadershipand direction for all branding initiatives.

Designed social promotional content for multiples VH1 shows to be displayed online and through social media platforms. Created calendar and strategized on promotional social content for the VH1's slate of shows.

Provided strategic leadership and operational oversight for key departments, including planning, asphalt production, and maintenance, driving efficiency and delivering results. Led client engagements and creative strategy meetings, spearheading initiatives that secured significant new business opportunities.Directed the company’s branding and digital presence, personally designing the corporate website, marketing materials, and collateral to elevate brand identity and market position.Achieved a landmark success by being the Design Director for the proposed winning bid for Ciudad Juan Bosch's master plan, a visionary urban development project in Santo Domingo. Directed the creation of the city’s comprehensive street signage system and iconography, ensuring functional and aesthetic integration, while also designing the official regulatory guidebook that set the foundation for the city’s governance and infrastructure.

Senior Designer for Videology globally. Responsible of creative concepts and design for in-video units. Created visual solutions for new business presentations such as info-graphics and newsletters. Designed interactive branded players for: Orange, Campbell's Soups, OWN Network, Papa John’s, T-Mobile, Visa and YP.com. Managed other part time and freelance designers.

Designed multimedia campaigns and projects ranging from printed promotional pieces and large-scale signage to e-commerce sites and online media for a range of clients from fashion to construction. Clients include: DKNY, Aspen Fashion Week, Caeden (Wearable Tech), and Littlstar (360 VR).

Worked on new business efforts, brand development, social media asset development and general graphic design for clients such as Sapient Nitro, Prudential Center, Iris-Worldwide, HBO and VH1.

Developed comprehensive brand and promotional assets across various mediums, including logo creation, packaging design, print materials, environmental graphics, and interactive digital content like e-vites, digital press kits, and animations. Led the Digital Taskforce, driving the creation of innovative mobile and social applications for clients.Notably, partnered with Hasbro to bring toy branding and promotional campaigns to life, alongside major clients like Diageo (Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Ketel One), Kraft, Arby’s, 3M, Altoids, and McIlhenny Co.
