I further coordinate efforts with providers and external partners to help move research forward with the most efficient tools.2021: Deployed microfluidics single-cell and in-house Illumina sequencing capacities (Chromium controller ans NS550). Expanded the service portfolio to include updated genomics and transcriptomics techniques and delivered two courses. Crafted a modular service portfolio pricing scheme.2022: Supported two ERC grants applications; Partnered with industry leader Merck for an advanced workshop; supported several public tenders; Improoved the service resources allocation and deployed new and traceable fees; Improved the procedures for pricing updates. Deployment of a second sequencer through a technology acceleration programme (NS2000); deployed a second platform for single-cell transcriptomics and multiomics assays (Matrix); implemented automated NGS library preparation (Microlab Star) and automated single-cell suspension preparations. Member of three TACs.2024: Secured Horizon funding. Deployed a third NGS plaform (DNBSEQ). Supported multidisciplinary initiatives and grant applications.
