This upbringing inspired him to become a strong advocate for the underprivileged, ultimately leading him to a career in education.He began his career as a bilingual/ESL teacher in Elizabeth and Hackensack, NJ, before transitioning into school administration. He currently serves as the Principal of Dover High School in Dover, NJ. His educational philosophy centers on the belief that all students, when given the right opportunities, can thrive. By fostering meaningful relationships with students and staff, he aims to create authentic, personalized, and challenging learning experiences.With a broad range of expertise, including curriculum development, instruction, policy, professional development, multilingual learners, assessment, data analysis, social media, branding, programming, educational advocacy, district-wide initiatives, student discipline, and community outreach, he is a well-rounded leader in education.He earned his Doctoral degree from Northeastern University in June 2024.
