Project managed engineering of innovative Intelligence Analysis Toolset, from inception to delivery. System was deployed in all theatres of operation, dramatically improving quality and real-timeliness of Intelligence analysis.• Directed project for IED (Improvised Explosive devices) analysis system. United several projects, from different agencies and multiple databases, into 1 central system, creating robustness and efficiency.• Introduced collaboration tools and virtual project rooms, as Head Project Manager for new portal (intranet), allowing data owners to perform edits. Improved efficiency by eliminating need for central webmaster, decreasing bottlenecks, reducing email system loads, and significantly increasing productivity when working on shared documents.

Project Manager for multiple projects in Intelligence sharing and Interoperability fields.• Developed and implemented Intelligence web portal, including Interoperability mechanisms, allowing NATO Intelligence services to share and distribute within Intel community. Extended and improved systems by defining and procuring customized single-sign-on server and multiprotocol, multi-DTD metadata server.• Managed Interoperability 4-domain test bed, defining and testing multinational network for exchanging Intelligence.• Built extensive interactive web-based applications, using AJAX and databases (MySQL or MS-SQL server), and installed and configured laboratory environment (Win2003, Exchange, IIS, Apache, LDAP, XML), achieving Y2K certification of NATO Intelligence systems.
